These Handyman companies say they service the Mornington Peninsula, and it’s true…
But if they have to travel an hour to get out to you, it can be a real hassle…
As long as the work you need done is going to pay their wages for the next week, they’ll be there…
But the moment they get a better offer, closer to home, you’ll never hear from them again…
Then there’s the “Local Mornington Peninsula” Handyman companies…
These guys are great right?
They’re local, they don’t have to travel far…
If your job only takes half a day, it’s no problem because they’re just around the corner… right?
Wrong!
You see… most local Mornington Peninsula Handyman services also travel and work out in Port Melbourne and out in Geelong…
So they aren’t just around the corner…
They can’t just pop in and patch up your wall…
Or… clean and oil your decking before your family come over on the weekend…
They’re on the other side of the city…
They take your call… book you in… but then never show up… because while they were in Brighton, a homeowner in Brighton called them to do a job…
They aren’t going to travel back for “over an hour” to do your job, when someone 5 minutes down the road is going to pay them to fix their leaking tap…
Hey… hang on a second… I must be crazy telling you how unreliable the local Mornington Handyman are… considering I’m a local Handyman on the Mornington Peninsula…
You see… most of the other Handyman companies are actually really good at what they do…
But, I’ve worked out something that these guys haven’t…
When I limit my service area and strictly deliver handyman services to Mornington Peninsula locals… I have more time… I’m never rushed… which means I can give you an exact time that I’ll be at your home…
